office, easily accessible and with ample parking, is
located in the heart of Floral Park's Village Square at 176 Tulip
Avenue. We have state-of-the-art medical
& surgical equipment with a computerized x-ray
department. Our goal is to make your health care experience efficient &
streamlined, with minimal wait time while rendering personalized care and an
enhanced patient doctor relationship. We do this through giving each patient
as much time as they require and scheduling follow-up appointments as often
as needed.
Direct Patient Care

alternative you've been looking for. Since Doctor Cogan is always available,
patients have round the clock, immediate access to their personal
physician. This includes scheduling appointments, answers to patient
questions and same day visits, if required. Our office hours for routine
matters are - Monday, Wednesday and Friday, the remainder of the week, Doctor Cogan sees
patients on an as-needed basis. House calls and out-of-office home care for
the home-bound in the local area are available.
Doctor Cogan
has been practicing medicine in Floral Park for
over 15 years. He has been practicing emergency & urgent care medicine for
over 34 years. He is the police & fire surgeon for Floral Park, South Floral
Park, Floral Park Center, Bellerose Village, Bellerose Terrace as well as Elmont and New Hyde Park fire districts. Doctor Cogan's civic involvement has
resulted in his being awarded the Floral Park Chamber of Commerce Member-of-the-Year in 2008.
Doctor Cogan's philosophy
of
medical practice is to see any patient in need immediately or as soon as
possible, preferably with a same day visit. We are accepting new patients.
